Today we are excited to be launching our official fan club.
We have spent a lot of time over the years trying to find ways to thank you, the fans, for your loyalty and support. This fan club is the direct result in a way that we feel is distinctly Avenged Sevenfold. It is completely FREE to join, and there are no “tiers” separating fans based on how much money you spend. Signing up will give you early access to all kinds of content, exclusive merchandise, special events, and contests. We want you to be more than just members; we want you to be owners, and here’s how:
We are asking you to come up with the name for this new club. Head over to the CONTESTS tab where you will see where to submit ideas. We will collect the submissions and pick a few that everyone can vote on.
The winner’s submission will become the official name of the fan club, and they will receive a video call from us. You will be our guest next time we play in your city or a city close by.
If you just want to see what else we have in store, the VIDEO section has the first episode of our “Town Drunks” video series. Follow the precious exploits of Synyster Gates and Johnny Christ in Amsterdam. There is also a behind the scenes feature about Roadie Dave’s time spent filling in on bass for Johnny Christ after the birth of his son coming later this week.
